C4 — Double Fill After Power Failure or Float Issue

The machine filled twice after a power failure, or the float switch is stuck or failed, or a clogged drain or sump is present.
Common causes
- Power failure caused double fill
- Float switch stuck or failed
- Clogged drain or sump area
How to fix it
- Press Start then Cancel/Reset
- Tap the float cover to free a stuck float (front left corner of tub floor)
- Check sump area at back bottom of tub for debris
- Contact service if issue persists
