IE — Inlet Error / Water Not Entering Washer

The washer is not detecting water entering the machine. A 4-minute lockout period begins immediately when this message appears.
Common causes
- Water supply valves turned off or closed
- Valves not reopened after installation or vacation
How to fix it
- Check that both hot and cold water supply valves are fully open
- Wait out the 4-minute lockout period before restarting
- Do not unplug washer to bypass lockout as timer resets
