F4 — Metal or Water Contact on Cooktop

Metal objects or water have been in prolonged contact with the cooktop touch pads, triggering this error.
Common causes
- Metal objects resting on touch pad area for extended period
- Water or liquid pooled on cooktop surface near controls
How to fix it
- Clean cooktop surface thoroughly
- Remove any objects from the touch pad area
- Press Power ON/OFF to reset
- If error persists, cycle the circuit breaker off for 30 seconds then back on
- Schedule service if problem continues
