IE — Clogged Filter Error (Waterwall) / High Temperature Heater Error (Rotary)

On Waterwall models, water is not passing through the filter. On Rotary models, the internal temperature is too high.
Common causes
- Waterwall: clogged or dirty fine filter at bottom of dishwasher
- Rotary: internal temperature has exceeded safe operating level
How to fix it
- Waterwall: clean the fine filter at the bottom of the dishwasher per user manual
- Waterwall: if error returns after cleaning, contact Samsung support
- Rotary: power cycle the dishwasher at the circuit breaker for 30 seconds
- Rotary: empty the dishwasher, add detergent, and run a Normal cycle
- Rotary: if error recurs, contact Samsung support
