CF0 — Electronics Communication Error

Indicates a communication failure between internal electronic components. A software update is available for certain induction models.
Common causes
- Internal communication error between electronic components
- Outdated firmware on affected induction models
How to fix it
- Reset power to the unit
- Connect range to SmartThings app
- If not previously connected, hold Light button 3+ seconds, navigate to Restart
- After reconnecting, allow up to 30 minutes for firmware update to complete
- Verify firmware version is DE9204769A24052400 or later in SmartThings
- Request service if update is unavailable or error persists after update
