11C — Water Level or Leakage Error

Moisture is detected where it should not be, or the water level sensor is malfunctioning.
Common causes
- Small or unnoticed leak present
- Kinked supply or drain hose
- Excess suds from too much or non-HE detergent
- Faulty water level sensor
How to fix it
- Inspect washer and surrounding area for any leaks and repair if found
- Check supply and drain hoses for kinks or bends
- Run empty cycle with no additives to check for suds; repeat until suds are gone
- If no suds but code persists, contact Samsung support for service
