C10 — Gas/Easy/PH Sensor Error

The microwave has detected a fault with the gas, easy, or PH sensor. This is a general sensor group error.
Common causes
- Sensor malfunction or failure
- Moisture or condensation affecting sensor
- Loose or disconnected sensor wiring
How to fix it
- Unplug microwave and wait 60 seconds before restarting
- Allow unit to dry if moisture or steam exposure occurred
- If code persists, contact Samsung support for service
