C21 — Temperature Sensor Error

The microwave has detected a fault with its temperature sensor. Cooking accuracy may be affected.
Common causes
- Temperature sensor failure or open/short circuit
- Moisture exposure to sensor components
- Wiring fault between sensor and control board
How to fix it
- Unplug microwave and wait 60 seconds before restarting
- Allow unit to dry if steam or spill occurred
- Contact Samsung support if error returns
