A communication error between internal refrigerator components, possibly from a power surge or improperly connected door wiring.
Common causes
- Recent power surge
- Door wire harness not properly connected
How to fix it
- Unplug refrigerator or turn off circuit breaker
- Disconnect and reconnect wire harness above the door
- Restore power and check for error
- Request service if code returns
