4E — Not Filling Error

Water is not entering the washer correctly due to hose, valve, or filter issues.
Common causes
- Hot and cold supply hoses swapped or kinked
- Water supply valves not fully open
- Drain hose inserted incorrectly causing siphoning
- Debris clogging the inlet filters
- Flood Safe hoses restricting flow
How to fix it
- Confirm hot hose connects to hot inlet and cold to cold; check for kinks
- Open water supply valves fully
- Ensure drain hose is inserted 6–8 inches into drain pipe and not kinked
- Power cycle the washer for 1 minute then retry
- Turn off water, disconnect hoses, inspect and clean inlet filters if clogged
