E3610 — Drainage Issue – Multiple Possible Causes

The washer cannot drain properly due to a blocked or kinked outlet hose, incorrectly positioned hose, or a blocked drain pump.
Common causes
- Drain pipe or water outlet hose blocked
- Kinked drain pipe or outlet hose
- Outlet hose installed too high
- Unsuitable extension on outlet hose
- Blocked drain pump
- Pump cap not correctly installed
- Detergent dosage too high
How to fix it
- Clean drain pipe and water outlet hose
- Straighten any kinks in drain pipe or outlet hose
- Ensure outlet hose is installed no higher than 39 in. (1 meter)
- Remove unsuitable extensions from outlet hose
- Clean the drain pump per the owner's manual
- Ensure pump cap is fully screwed in with handle in vertical position
- Mix one tablespoon of fabric softener with ~2 cups of water and pour into compartment II for excess suds
