E13 — Drain Hose Blockage Error

The drain hose is kinked, crushed, clogged, or the water in the sump may be frozen.
Common causes
- Drain hose kinked or twisted
- Drain hose extended beyond standard length
- Water at hose end causing blockage
- Frozen water in sump
How to fix it
- Check drain hose for kinks, twists, or clogs
- Use only the standard LG drain hose — extensions reduce drainage
- Press START/PAUSE to restart after correcting hose
- If error recurs, request repair service
