E21 — Open Temperature Sensor Error

An open circuit has been detected in the temperature sensor. Temperature-based cooking may not function.
Common causes
- Temperature sensor has an open circuit
- Disconnected or broken sensor wiring
- Faulty temperature sensor
How to fix it
- Unplug and restart after 60 seconds
- Request service if error persists
