IE — Water Inlet Error

Displayed when the required amount of water is not supplied to the tub. The dishwasher is not receiving water.
Common causes
- Water outage in the home
- Inlet hose is kinked or pressed by nearby objects
- Water inlet valve is closed after installation or relocation
How to fix it
- Check kitchen and bathroom taps to confirm water supply is active
- Inspect inlet hose for kinks or obstructions and straighten if needed
- Open the sink cabinet and turn the inlet valve counter-clockwise to open it
- Ensure the shut-off valve above the inlet valve is also open (turn counter-clockwise)
- If newly installed, contact the installation technician if valves are open but error persists
- Contact customer support if problem remains after all checks
