OE — Water Outlet Error

Displayed when the dishwasher tub fails to drain fully. Water remains in the tub after a drain cycle.
Common causes
- Filter clogged with food residue
- Drain hose is kinked or pressed
- Power interruption during cycle left standing water
How to fix it
- Clean the filter every one to two weeks by removing, separating, rinsing under running water, and reinstalling until it clicks
- Straighten any kinked or pressed sections of the drain hose
- Ensure the drain hose outlet is at least 30cm above the floor to prevent sewer backflow
- Close the shut-off valve before handling the drain hose
- If power outage caused leftover water, restart the wash cycle to drain
- Long-press the Start button for at least three seconds to force drain for two to three minutes
- If water pools above the filter level persistently, request service
