DE — Door/Drawer Lock Error

The washer door or drawer was unable to lock properly.
Common causes
- Door not fully closed
- Door misaligned
- Defective door latch
How to fix it
- Power off and unplug washer
- Hold START/PAUSE for 5 seconds while unpowered
- Plug back in, power on, press door firmly, select cycle and start
- Avoid overloading or putting weight on open door
- Keep fabric clear of door gasket
