DE2 — Door/Drawer Closed But Not Locked

The washer door or drawer is closed but failed to lock properly.
Common causes
- Door or drawer not latching securely
How to fix it
- Unplug washer for 10 seconds
- Ensure door/drawer is perfectly closed
- Plug back in and restart cycle
- For SideKick: turn off, pull drawer open, restart cycle, close drawer firmly
