E01 — Door Not Closed Properly

The washer door failed to close or lock correctly. Often caused by laundry caught in the door gasket.
Common causes
- Laundry caught between door and rubber gasket
- Door not fully pushed closed
How to fix it
- Check door area for trapped laundry or obstructions
- Open and firmly re-close the door
- Reset washer: power off, unplug (or trip breaker), hold START/PAUSE 5 seconds, restore power and retry
