E12 — Water Overfill Error

Excess water has entered the drum beyond normal levels. The drain pump activates automatically to prevent leaks.
Common causes
- Extra water entering through the detergent dispenser
- Internal water inlet valve fault
How to fix it
- Check if water is being supplied through the detergent dispenser unintentionally
- Unplug appliance, wait 60 seconds, restart
- Start a Quick 30 program; if it does not begin with a drain action, stop and turn off
- If error persists, schedule a repair service
