E02 — Water Inlet Error

The tub did not fill to an adequate water level within the required time. Check water supply connections and hose condition.
Common causes
- Water supply cut off or faucet turned off
- Water supply hose not connected
- Hose kinked or bent restricting flow
- Hose or pipe frozen in cold weather
- Clogged water supply filter
- Faulty water supply valve
How to fix it
- Confirm water supply hose is connected to open faucet; turn faucet counter-clockwise if closed
- Straighten any bent or kinked water supply hose
- If frozen, disconnect hose, wrap faucet with hot-water-soaked towel for 5 minutes, thaw hose in warm water below 50°C
- Clean the water supply inlet filter by removing and clearing debris such as rust or sand
- Reconnect hose fully after thawing or cleaning
- If still failing, a water supply valve malfunction may require professional repair
