ED4 — Softener Pump Open Circuit

The liquid softener level did not decrease, and an open circuit has been detected in the softener pump.
Common causes
- Open circuit in softener pump
- Wrong type of softener used
- Residue blocking the dispensing tray
How to fix it
- Confirm only liquid softener is used; add powder softener manually to the drum
- Remove residue from tray blocking flow
- If problem persists, request service
