FF — Frozen Unit

Common causes
- Water inlet hose is frozen
- Drain hose is frozen
- Drain pump is frozen
How to fix it
- Supply warm water into drum to unfreeze drain hose and pump
- Cover supply hose with warm wet towel to defrost
- Check drain filter for frozen pump
